When traveling with a toddler it really is all about the days and not so much the Parisian nights. So you forgo the long romantic dinners for starting early and seeing as much as you possibly can each day. We stayed near Le Marais and the Pompidou Center (between the 2nd and 3rd arrondissements) because we love to walk and almost the entire city was no more than a couple miles radius from our apartment. We debated a hotel but with a small child, long plane rides and a time change I wanted to get as much sleep as possible and having 2 bedrooms is a must. We ate croissants, shopped, saw the sights and then would have a long lunch or early dinner along the way. Uber was a perfect solution if we ran out of steam late in the day. The best shopping in my opinion was in Le Marais, Saint Germain and the streets leading to Montemartre, I could have wandered those shops and cafes for hours on end and I did. Merci is a must stop for all things fashion and interiors. Sadly I never made it to the infamous Colette but traveling with a toddler definitely didn't hold back my Parisian experience. We stopped in cafes and sipped espresso (faster than others I'm sure), we spent time at the Louvre, Luxembourg Gardens and the Eiffel Tower. The wonderful thing about Paris is how child friendly it really is. There are beautiful parks around every corner, the loveliest toy stores, and plenty of pigeons to feed/chase (Which turned out to be a huge hit with Stella) . I absolutely loved the energy in the city, similar to how I feel when I'm in NYC. Thank goodness I brought my sneakers and mules... that's basically what I wore with everything. Comfort is king when walking up to 10 miles a day. So as my mother always says.. pack double the money and half the clothes, grab your toddler, stroller pushing husband and head to the city of love.

Dress Alexander Wang, Shoes Zara (old), Clutch Moyna

When P Diddy (puff daddy, Sean combs, Whatever) invented the infamous White Party, he really knew what he was doing. Who doesn't want to dress up in all white and drink Rosè all night with hundreds of your famous friends. But since I wasn't invited to hang with the bad boy himself, the next best thing is the Nelson Atkin's white party. What more could you want... a gorgeous venue, flower crowns and a multitude of photo ops. I knew I wanted a long sleeved dress with a strong sleeve and this Alexander Wang number fit the bill. I love the chain detail and the best part? It was on sale (music to my shopping ears). Paired with some black suede heels and a beaded clutch I was ready to hang with Diddy, Jlo or in this case Picasso.
